This policy explains what personal data GorillaPac AB, trading as LeadLndr, collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

GorillaPac AB (org.nr 559204-3540), registered office Lidingö, Sweden, is the data controller for the processing described here unless stated otherwise. For anything about your data, email info@leadlndr.com.

When you visit this website

We use the following tools on leadlndr.com:

• Webflow hosts the site. Like any web host it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the site, including clicks, scrolling and session replays, so we can see what works and fix what does not. It uses cookies.
• RB2B may match a visit to a business profile, such as a company name or a public professional profile, so we can understand which companies are interested in our services. It uses cookies and your IP address.
• Simple Analytics counts page views without cookies and without collecting personal data.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and which businesses are interested in our services. Where the law requires your consent for cookies, we rely on that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by clearing or blocking cookies in your browser.

When you book a call

Bookings are handled by Cal.com. We receive the name, email address and any notes you enter, and the meeting takes place on Google Meet. We use this to hold the call and to follow up with you afterwards. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in following up.

If we contacted you by email

We run business-to-business email outreach, both for LeadLndr itself and on behalf of our clients. For this we process business contact details: your name, job title, company, work email address and publicly available information about your company. This data comes from public sources, such as company websites, and from B2B data providers.

When we contact you about LeadLndr, we are the controller and our legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to businesses. When we contact you on behalf of a client, that client is the controller and we process your data under their instructions.

You can object at any time. Reply to the email or write to info@leadlndr.com and we will stop contacting you. We keep a minimal record of your email address on a suppression list so you are not contacted again.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers listed above and the email, data and hosting providers we use to run campaigns. They process it for us under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. Some providers are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Call and client records are kept for the length of the business relationship and as long as accounting law requires. Outreach data is deleted when it is no longer relevant, except the suppression record described above.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email info@leadlndr.com. We reply within one month.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se) or the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

We update this policy when our tools or practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
