Before you book a call

What counts as a qualified walkthrough?

One that takes place, at a site that matches what you told us you want.

Before launch we agree in writing which buildings you want, the area you cover and your minimum job size or frequency. After each walkthrough you tell us whether it met that. If it did not, you do not pay for it.

What if they don’t show up?

You don’t pay for it.

We confirm every walkthrough the day before. If someone still doesn’t show, we chase them and rebook where we can, and it counts once it takes place.

Do the emails come from my domain?

No. We set up separate sending domains in your company’s name.

Your main domain and the email your customers rely on are never put at risk. You approve the list and every email before anything sends.

Will you work for another cleaning company in my area?

No. Inside the area we agree with you, we don’t run outreach for any other cleaning company.

How long until the first walkthroughs?

About three weeks from the kickoff call to the first emails.

New sending domains need that long to warm up before they can send at volume. Walkthroughs start once the replies come in.

What do you need from me?

One kickoff call, and someone who can do the walkthroughs.

On the call we agree your area, the buildings you want and what counts as qualified. We set up the booking calendar, write the emails and handle every reply. You get each walkthrough with the full email thread, so you know what was said before you arrive.
